Like a child snatched from its mother’s womb

Like a flower snipped before full bloom

You’re gone from us, you’ve gone too soon

Like dry ground cries out for rain, so we cry for you

We cry in such pain

For no longer will we see your smile, your grace, the beauty of your face

Gone is your laughter, your presence, your light

Gone from this earth but in heaven will shine bright

Though your face and smile we shall never see

In God’s arms may you rest eternally

Until that day we meet again

Goodbye Lori,

Our daughter, our sister, our lover, our friend.

Damn, no matter how much time passes, it seems like just yesterday Lori was yelling at me for something or another. Its not the first time I lost a friend but it never seems fair or right. She was a sweet and beautiful woman and I feel honored to have known her. There is always a place for God's Favored

Lori is gone but surely not forgotten. There isnt a day i dont remember lori she has left such great memories that when ever i remember her i smile at some joke or good memory she would have given me. Well this one goes out to lori, she would have been graduating on Saturday, sorry she isnt here to celebrate it herself, so lori we family and friends will celebrate your great achievement, or i should say one of her great acheivements cause they are so many. I can just picture my girls' smile on that great day, an angel smile. Well lori you are gone but you are not forgotten we continue to celebrate and remember your great life while you were here and we will contintue you to miss and remember her always. Lori Rest in Peace

Such a truly beautiful young lady Lori Marshall. Everyday I think about you and wished so much that I could have gotten to know you better. Remember that you were loved and will always be loved. Gone but never forgotten. I hope some day to meet you again and be greeted by your effervescent smile.

Every once and awhile I look back at this page because I feel as though I am forgetting about you and moving on, but I don't want to. I miss you so much, you are constantly in my thoughts and every person I meet I tell them about you and of all the things you taught, this summer you taught me the most important thing of all; life is too short, you will always be in my heart bonbon..

I never knew her personally but I do remember her from both Combermere and UWI. I can still envision her with that sweet spirit. Everything happens for a reason, thats my belief and though there is a lot of pain her death is not in vain. God always has a plan and purpose, I pray persons who hurt will find peace in knowing this. My condolences go out to all who were close to her and I pray that the peace and love of God will reign.

"Sweetgirl." That was always my name for you. You had a sweet face, a sweet smile, a sweet personality and a sweet spirit. In spite of UWI's work load, you had the ability to make me smile. Sweetgirl, you are gone but certainly not forgotten. To Gayle (Lori's mum), who was like a mum to me and to Lori's family and friends, God's comfort and my condolences.

Lori (Bon Bon) Marshall. Such a nice and pleasant looking young lady. I did not get to have a conversation with you or to know you personally, but with a smile like that i think i would have loved your company. Gone To Soon. Your friends are taking your untimely death very hard, and they can't understand why. Question the lord as to what, why, and how, until you can come to grips with her untimely death. Nothing, or no one can say to you that you can't question god, YOU CAN QUESTION GOD. To her family and close friends, GOD WILL TAKE CARE OF YOU, THROUGH EVERY DAY, O'ER ALL THE WAY, HE WILL TAKE CARE OF YOU, GOD WILL TAKE CARE OF YOU. R.I.P Lori BonBon Marshall.

I never knew her personally, but i feel so sad to see that such a young, pretty and promising girl had to lose her life so tragically. I know and understand that everything happens for a reason, but it doesn't make it any easier for anyone whose life she may have touched. I can feel the pain of those who knew her because if it has moved me so deeply and i never met her i can fully appreciate the feelings of those who did.

Lori I didn't get to know you that well but the little time we spent together I was blessed to be in the presence of such a beautiful person inside and out. I will remember you most as having a smile on your face all the time and that encouraged me to do the same.
It was a pleasure working with you last semester on chemistry assignments at uwi. You will be missed R.I.P Lori

It is really hard on you when you lose someone so young and so full of life. She and I were never close but I would see her around the bsr and always said to my self, "This girl got some fashion sense". She always dressed good and always smiling. I told myself dat she gotta be bare kix cause she friends was always skinning dem teeth too. I felt really bad when I found out exactly who had died especially since I too went with Mount gay. It really hit home that it could have been me. I am still in a bit of shock but I know she is definitely in a better place with our Lord probably smiling down on us. I too have created a memorial site for her
http://www.hi5.com/friend/group/2313026--LORI%2BMARSHALL--front-html
you can check it out, join it whatever you like.

Lori has touched many lives, there is definitely no doubt about that.

Lori, I just can't believe it's true
Cause I'm just left here lonely missing you
When we spoke on Friday night
I said see you on Sunday and you said no you wouldn't
Lori, when I got the call, I nearly died
Cause I just wanted to by your side
You were my friend though younger than me
You gave me advice, opened my eyes and made me see
How do you cope with losing you
With living and breathing and knowing what we do
How do you get over this feeling
Of loneliness, anger and desperation?
Lori, every night I see your smile
And I pray to God and ask him why
Why my beautiful Lori, Lord
Are you sure you didn't make a mistake God?
Your laughter was a like rain drops light
To hear you laugh was like taking flight
Lori I know you can see how you were loved
But now you're in heaven with God above.

We will always love you my dear sister.

For life given so shall it go, for a soul of joy, love, laughter so shall it not go weary in the hearts and minds of those who knew you and knew of you. God has a plan for all his people, this should never be questioned. Lori, I only knew you briefly, but for that time I was channeled to view life differently (thank you) to many you were a blessing, a friend. To your family my deepest condolences and to those of us who mourn for you find the peace in knowing that you have gone to a better place. R.I.P.........

Well, for me this was a total shock; although I did not know her personally, I vivdly remember her face and her trademark smile. We ask ourselves why the best ones go first but like her cousin Cherisse said angels do not belong on earth they belong in heaven. As human I am sadden by her passing and I hope her relatives and friends will cherish the memories they had with her .We all sympathize with you during your time of mourning R.I.P Lori.

I still can't believe that Lori is gone. I can't even get her number deleted from my phone because it hurts like crazy. Hey we couldn't wait to finish uwi, we used to joke about it. I finished first and left her behind, now she's made it to the end and won't be there with me at graduation. To a person with a beautiful personality and lovely smiles to brighten ones day, Lori you will be remembered always and i'm grateful to have known you.
